Terry has been an important part of the Vermont Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program since she first became the Parent Infant Program Coordinator in 1993. After 10 years in that role, she served as Program Coordinator of Family and Consulting Services at the Vermont Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing until the Center closed in 2014. Terry joined Nine East Network as the Transition Coordinator for the Vermont Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program for the 2014-2015 school year. She began working as a Consultant, serving the southeastern region, for the 2015-2016 school year.

Terry’s unique background as a Speech Pathologist, as Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the State of Vermont, and as Program Coordinator at the VCDHH serve her well in her new role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from Hunter College, an MS in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Ithaca College, and a M.Ed. in School Counseling from Keene State College.
